Our bird hunting days begin early as our guides are ready to go by 8:00 a.m. Our coverts are as close as 15 minutes away although many are more distant as our guides rotate their coverts daily to assure their clients fresh and active flushes. Lunch may be enjoyed deep in the woods or in your room during a mid-day break if your hunt is close by. Hunts do not end until our clients say they do with dusk setting the limits on all hunts. As with all of our packages, guests enjoy any appetizer, entrée or dessert on our menu. Additionally, our executive chef will be most pleased to prepare an appetizer with any of your dispatched birds..
